Prepare for Pickup
Ensure the item is in its original condition and securely packaged in its original crating to prevent damage during the return transit.
Schedule Transportation
Our logistics partners will coordinate a convenient time to collect the item from your residence; please note that return shipping fees may apply.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once the piece arrives back at our workshop and passes a quality inspection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
