How long does shipping and delivery take?
Since our furniture is handcrafted to order, the standard lead time is 6 to 10 weeks. Once your piece is completed, our white-glove delivery service will contact you to schedule a convenient time.
How do I maintain and care for my timber furniture?
We recommend wiping surfaces with a soft, damp cloth and avoiding harsh chemicals. For oiled finishes, we suggest reapplying a high-quality furniture wax or oil every 12-18 months to maintain the wood's luster.
Do you provide a warranty on your products?

Can I see the timber samples before I buy?
Absolutely. We offer timber sample packs that can be mailed to your home, or you can visit our showroom to view our full-sized floor models and timber species in person.
